Salary Arbitration in Baseball and Hockey

Come listen sports team executives and a player agent debate and discuss salary arbitration. Baseball and hockey are the two major sports which use salary arbitration to decide player salaries when the parties cannot come to an agreement. Does the system work?  Does it leave players or teams bitter at the end of the process?  How do you step into the room and criticize a player who you are going to ask to pitch, hit home runs, or score goals for you a few months later?  We will discuss and debate these topics and explore the differences between arbitration in the two sports. Admission includes a game ticket to the Capitals vs Dallas Stars hockey game following the panel.
