Wit v. United Behavioral Health: Trial Court Decisions and Selected Briefs

Zuckerman Spaeder recently achieved a landmark judgment on behalf of a class of more than 60,000 people in Wit v. United Behavioral Health, an ERISA case that former Congressman and mental health advocate, Patrick Kennedy, has described as the “Brown v. Board of Education for the mental health movement.” UBH’s appeal from the judgment is ongoing.
